The Lazy Shortcut

  1. Take a box of silken tofu and drain.
  2. Slice the tofu while still in the box to maintain its shape.
  3. Place a plate on top, flip it to transfer the tofu onto the plate.
  4. Top with 2 tablespoons of the Crunchy Garlic Umami Topping (adjust to taste). Voila!
